Introducing the FCMB Pensions Toll-Free Service
In our constant strive to improve service delivery;
we have deployed a Toll-Free Service which allows existing and prospective
customers to call our Customer Service Representatives (Call Centre Agents) at absolutely no cost.
With this initiative, we intend to give our esteemed customers the chance to contact us at zero cost
without stress between 8:00am and 5:00pm on workdays, excluding public holidays.
