Olugbenga Orekoya
Acting Head, Business Development, South

Anthony Olugbenga Orekoya is currently the Acting Head, Business Development (South) at FCMB Pensions Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs).

With over two decades of professional experience, he has built a distinguished career in the pension industry, having worked with reputable organizations such as Leadway Pensure, Fidelity Pensions, and AIICO Pensions (prior to its acquisition by FCMB Pensions). His extensive marketing expertise has contributed significantly to the growth and success of these organizations, supported by strong, strategic relationships across both public and private sectors.

Gbenga has held several regional managerial roles, particularly across Lagos State and the Southwest region, where he has successfully led sales teams and coordinated market expansion initiatives.

He is a graduate of Federal Government College, Lagos (Ijanikin), and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos. He is also a pioneer alumnus of the Fate Foundation Aspiring Entrepreneurs Program.

Professionally and socially engaged, Gbenga is an active member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), the Lions Club of Nigeria, and currently serves as President of St. Joseph’s Society, Ibadan.

He is a devoted family man with a strong passion for youth development, networking, and is an avid Scrabble player.
