Mr. Ibrahim Musbahu Alkali is a distinguished public sector executive, investment strategist, and corporate leader with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience across Government, Banking & Finance and corporate management sectors.
He has built a reputation for driving institutional transformation, strengthening corporate governance, promoting financial sustainability, and delivering strategic initiatives that contributed to economic growth and public value.
He served and is serving on the Board of several companies including Katsina Oil Mills Ltd, Katsina Exploration and Mining Company and HSIT Company Ltd.
As the Managing Director of Katsina State Investment and Property Development Company (KIPDECO), he provided visionary leadership in shaping investment policies, overseeing large-scale property development initiatives, fostering strategic partnerships, and advancing sustainable economic development initiatives in synergy with the development agenda of Katsina State Government.
His leadership has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening stakeholder confidence, and positioning the organization on a higher pedestal equipped with the strength to capitalize on emerging investment opportunities.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Alkali served as Executive Director, Finance and Administration, where he successfully led financial planning, budgeting, organizational restructuring, and administrative reforms that improved internal controls, accountability, and institutional performance.
His decade-long career with Unity Bank Plc further equipped him with extensive expertise in banking operations, credit management, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, business development, customer relationship management, and branch leadership.
Beyond public service, Mr. Alkali has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership as Managing Partner of Peak Partners & Co., providing investment advisory and real estate consultancy services.
