Kamal Badmos
Acting Head, Business Development, North

Kamal Badmos is a seasoned Pension Administration Professional with over 24 years of combined experience spanning the insurance and pension sectors. Over the past 21 years, he has built a strong career within the pension industry, contributing significantly as a functional member of various Business Development teams.

He was a pioneer staff member at Legacy Pensions (now FCMB Pensions), joining the organization in April 2004, where he played a key role in its growth and market positioning.

He is currently the Acting Head, Business Development North.

Kamal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Social Studies from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

He has further enhanced his professional expertise through numerous training programs, including Managers That Manage, Management of Retail and Cluster Marketing, Client/HNI Retention, Leadership and People Management, Client and Relationship Management, and training at the ING Netherlands Training Academy, among others.
