Caleb Ndackson
Head, Benefit Administration

Caleb is a passionate Pension Administration Professional with over 23 years combined experience cutting across Education and Pension Administration. The last 18 years of his career have been dedicated to different roles within the pension industry, as functional member of the Operations and Benefit Administration teams.

He was a pioneer member of staff at Norrenberger Pensions (formerly IEI Anchor Pension) where he joined in September 2006. Caleb joined FCMB Pensions in October 2015 and has been an integral member of the Benefit Administration Department for the past 9 years.

Caleb holds a B.Sc. in Geography and an MBA in Human Resources both from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

He has attended several training programs including; Building High Performance Teams, Leadership and Productivity Development Training, Becoming an Effective Supervisory Manager, Delivering Exceptional Customer Service in the Pension Industry etc.
