Olutoyosi Victoria Adewumi holds a Bsc. in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and MSc. in Information Technology, Management and Organizational Change (ITMOC) from the University of Lancaster United Kingdom (UK). She also has a Professional Certification in Project Management PRINCE 2 United Kingdom (UK) with over fourteen (14) years’ experience in Financial Services.
Her career experience cuts across Investment Banking, Project Management and Pension Administration. She started her career with Meristem Registrars Limited formerly known as Great Africa Registrars Limited in 2005 as a Front Office Operations/Verification Officer and she took a career break for her Masters in 2007.
She joined the Pension Industry in 2010 where she worked with Oak Pensions Limited as Head, Customer Care, she was Head, Client Services, Registration and Archiving at AIICO Pension Managers Limited and recently, she is the Head, Client Services at FCMB Pensions Limited.
She has attended various impactful training courses on Customer Service, Risk Management, Management Advance Programme with Hyperfomance Associates Limited and Leadership Training Programme with the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS).
